Meet the CAMBEV team

Charles has more than 30 years’ experience in supply chain, technical and manufacturing management, and leadership. This has been gained through a number of roles held at ABI, SAB Swaziland, Coca-Cola Hellenic Nigeria, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. Charles co-founded a soft drink company in South Africa that has become a major player in the market sector. He then founded a project management company offering services to the beverage industry in Africa and completed several challenging projects in South Africa, Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Ghana, and Angola. Charles has a “can do” attitude and a sharp analytical approach.

A born entrepreneur and the youngest of four daughters, Shona is not shy to speak her mind and cut to the chase of a matter in a way that adds value to any business. As a strategist, Shona steadily guides CAMBEV in a pragmatic manner. She dots all the “i’s” and crosses the “t’s” along the way while being a critical thinker who usually asks the difficult questions. This confidence and skill comes from her depth and range of work experience spanning many years set in various countries and contexts. A registered nurse/midwife by profession who also has theatre experience, not much escapes Shona when it comes to getting the job done in the best possible way.
